About My Clients
My clients are often overachievers who constantly add to their workload until they reach the point of total shutdown. I enjoy working with young adults and working professionals who are successful but need support to prevent burnout.
My Background and Approach
In sessions, I am warm, compassionate, and conversational. Using a Cognitive-Behavioral style, with strengths-based and solution-focused techniques, we will work together to develop strategies for a more manageable and enjoyable life. My intention is that our sessions will help you feel heard, understood, and confident in moving toward your desired goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all have the capacity to make positive changes in our lives. It's up to us to decide when and how. Having support along the way can often make the process a little easier. Through my own therapy and life experiences, I have learned that there is always a different point of view that we may not have considered.
