About My Clients
I have the knowledge necessary to understand parents, college students, single mothers, C-suite leaders, tech start-up employees, emerging adults and many others who just want to figure out their mission in life. My goal is to earn my clients' trust by demonstrating the expertise, experience and compassion that each person deserves in a therapist.
My Background and Approach
I've done early work in community mental health and adult education, while my later leadership roles in public orgs and private corporations gave me insight into what people experience across all levels of a business. My PhD supported my research and allows me to currently serve as university instructor, and my license has now opened the door to my practice. My LinkedIn recommendations speak to my character: I am curious of, not intimidated by and able to talk deeply with all types of people. My goal is to provide therapy to anyone willing to challenge themselves, and be challenged by a caring therapist who is no stranger to struggle. I commit to being open to any kind of way a person wants to live their life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work with clients who want to maintain the growth they've made, as well as those who struggle in areas of anxiety, depression, (justified!) anger, trauma, etc. My expertise lies in working with women, employees, students, parents and those struggling with health and relationship issues. My clients often feel at ease once they see how understanding and experienced I am.
