I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with extensive experience in mental health and life transitions. I assist adolescents, young adults, individuals, couples, and families in managing anxiety, depression, and stress from life's changes. I utilize an integrated approach incorporating Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I personalize services to meet each client's unique needs and use evidence-based practices to enhance their mental and emotional well-being.
