About My Clients
I specialize in treating clients who struggle with boundaries. It’s so common for experiences such as anxiety, depression, codependency, and addiction to stem from not being able to identify your needs and effectively communicate those needs to others. Fear of speaking up leaves you feeling lonely and disconnected. But you're not alone. I am passionate about helping clients find their voice. Together, we’ll find what is holding you back from confidently living your life on your terms.
My Background and Approach
You deserve to be seen and heard for who you truly are, not what others want you to be. When working with clients, I use gestalt, solution-focused, and ACT approaches to find the underlying thoughts and feelings that motivate why you do what you do. By taking the time to look at your stuck patterns, truly noticing what you are doing and experiencing in the present moment, you will be given an opportunity to acknowledge what’s working and change the things that are no longer helpful. I create a safe space where you can explore what’s holding you back and practice new strategies for managing stress, relationships, boundaries, and uncertainty. You'll gain the tools to confidently step into your authentic self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Reaching out for help is so hard. Sometimes the thought of things getting better can be just as scary as of things getting worse. I believe you have the power to heal and you are in the driver’s seat. Having enjoyed previous careers in wellness professions such as massage therapy and yoga teaching, I have witnessed firsthand the power of meeting you where you’re at with respect and compassion.
