My Background and Approach
I believe the therapeutic process is a journey in self discovery, where you are the driving force towards creating the life that you envision. You don’t have to go through this alone, my role is to support you every step of the way as you take these important steps toward healing and growth. At this time, I'm only offering my services in a remote environment. I offer remote therapy sessions on weekdays and some Saturdays as well. I am also available for some evening sessions. I'm excited to start this journey with you!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about helping others. During my career, I've helped families navigating the housing court system and individuals who were street homeless. I've also had the pleasure of assisting older adults transitioning into the next phase of their lives. In my spare time, I volunteer with non profit animal organizations, in order to obtain appropriate homes for cats and dogs. I am grateful to have met some amazing individuals and furry friends. I look forward to hearing from you.
