About My Clients
At times we may struggle to communicate and connect with our partners, experience a lack of passion and romance, or have difficulty managing life struggles, distressing events, or conflict in our relationships. Therapy can be a chance to rediscover yourself, your relationships, and heal from painful life experiences while exploring new skills and resources to grow and develop increased relationship and life satisfaction.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with couples and individuals around relationship concerns, intimacy, desire discrepancies/low desire, trauma, infidelity, anxiety, and sexual health & pleasure. I help couples and individuals increase insight and understanding of how their mind, body, and attachment styles influence their quality of life and relationships. I am trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and have additional training from the California Institute of Integral Studies in Sex Therapy. I am also trained in EMDR and utilize it in my practice to help people experience relief from traumatic and distressing life experiences.

My philosophy is centered on the importance of connection and helping people work towards improved connection within themselves, their relationships, and their sexuality. I believe people can create change in their lives that transcends the individual and results in systemic change for yourself and your relationships. I celebrate diverse perspectives and experiences. All people, genders, backgrounds, sexual orientations, romantic styles, and relational orientations are honored. Therapy sessions are always customized to your goals, as there is no one-size-fits-all approach. I'm committed to exploring what makes you and your relationships unique, and to meeting your needs and desires for positive change.
