About My Clients
Whether it is trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, identity issues, ADHD, relationship problems, or anything in between that you are currently struggling with, it would be my pleasure to guide and help you through it. It may be a challenge sometimes to find a therapist who can meet your needs, which is why, in my opinion, the first and most important goal to accomplish together is a strong rapport.
My Background and Approach
I received my Bachelor degree in psychology from Temple University, and my Doctorate degree in clinical psychology from La Salle University. My therapy style is based on psychodynamics, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and internal family systems (IFS). Every client needs a tailored approach in therapy, which is why I prefer to integrate different types of treatments in my work in order to meet these needs on an individual basis. At the Philadelphia Center for Psychotherapy, it's very important to us that you feel safe in therapy, so we will work together to create a treatment plan that feels authentic and manageable to you. I would be happy to talk more about my practice and your needs in therapy. You can contact me directly or through our website, and schedule a free consultation.
