About My Clients

You feel disgusting, hopeless, and frustrated. You're stuck and you don't know what you need to feel better. You might not even remember a time things didn’t feel this way. But one thing is for sure: you’re ready for some relief. You’re ready to take a break from your constant critical thoughts.
My Background and Approach
I’m Jacqueline. I provide women with a compassionate, judgement-free healing space so you can overcome your body dissatisfaction (and, all the things that come with that) in order to find happiness in yourself, comfort in your body, and confidence in relationships. I utilize holistic, body-centered therapy approaches where I guide women like you in connecting with yourself so you can begin to gain deeper understanding your body, it’s hunger cues, its wants, its cravings, and more. I teach you tools for navigating your negative self-esteem, support you in processing your anxiety and discomfort so you no longer need to be drowning in your doubt and struggling with your confidence. I help you find connection to your body, supporting you in cultivating a good relationship to your body, and support you embodying your authentic self so you can show up more present, and connected in other parts of your life. My clients walk away from therapy feeling more confident, self-aware & lighter!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone is capable of healing. Our job in therapy is not to "fix" you...but to heal the wounds that have gotten in the way of your beautiful fullness as a human. I love plant metaphors...(if we work together you'll see this!) but, I see people like plants... are they getting enough water (love, connection, nourishment?) Are they getting enough sun? (self care, movement, rest) Are there weeds blocking your growth? (Negative self talk, critical relationships, toxic societal messaging?) How's your soil/roots? (Was there trauma, toxic family dynamics, lack of emotional nourishment?) I see clients as dynamic beings...who with the right care, can heal and flourish. Our work together helps you figure out what blocks you are facing, and I guide you to overcome them, heal your wounded parts, and build your confidence so you can flourish into that beautiful being that I know you are!
