My Background and Approach
As a therapist, I believe in a holistic approach to help my clients achieve a better work-life balance, foster a more positive perspective, and to gain a greater sense of self-awareness. I specializing in issues spanning from family disruption, nearing divorce, sleep concerns, self-esteem, anger, and simply feeling“stuck” due to anxiety and depression. With a structured treatment plan, I can help you deal with thoughts, behaviors, symptoms, stresses, goals, past experiences and other areas that can promote your recovery. Of course, talking with a therapist about personal issues can be tough, but it can help you come to grips with problems in your life. It can also offer an emotional release and a sense of really being heard, understood and supported, feel stronger in the face of challenges, change behaviors that hold you back. look at ways of thinking that affect how you feel, heal pains from the past, build, relationship skills ,figure out your goals &strengthen your self-confidence.

Seeking professional counseling is not a sign of weakness. Rather, it is evidence of honesty about the self and affirmation of one’s determination to heal. I strive to ease the process to create an environment sensitive to multicultural concerns in which my clients can process situations and thoughts in a non-judgmental, competent and sensitive space.
