About My Clients

Are you looking to get to the root of it, and understand symptoms better? I know what it's like to have a lot of tools, but still be confused how to use them. I also know what it's like to feel like you don't have any tools to begin with. I promise you, thats not the case - you have innate tools that have helped you get here, today. I look forward to helping you put the pieces together and live a more resilient, satisfying life.

How I Can Help You

I provide comprehensive psychiatric care tailored to each patient’s unique needs, combining psychodynamic insight, solution-focused strategies, and medication management when appropriate. My approach is both depth-oriented and practical, helping patients find meaningful relief, develop effective coping skills, and gain a deeper understanding of their struggles. I specialize in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals who are trying to conceive, currently pregnant, or navigating the postpartum period. Additionally, I have expertise in working with individuals with ADHD, particularly those managing symptoms during the perinatal transition. Together, we develop personalized behavioral strategies to enhance structure, executive functioning, and overall well-being.

My Values as a Therapist

I once read a short poem by Atticus that goes something like this: “Watch carefully, the magic that occurs when you give a person just enough comfort to be themselves.” This is how I think of my work as a therapist. Research shows that the relationship built between therapist and client is the most important part of therapy, even beyond interventions and treatment approaches. I hope a trusting, open relationship develops between us where you can feel comfortable exploring who you are. I believe in meeting clients where they are at and truly taking the time to learn what it is like to be them. Research underscores the importance of the provider-patient relationship in achieving meaningful psychiatric outcomes. I prioritize a compassionate, collaborative approach that integrates evidence-based interventions with a deep understanding of how past and present experiences shape mental health. If you have any questions or would like to set up a brief consultation, feel free to reach out.
