My approach is somatic and transpersonal, meaning I look at and work with all aspects of your being - mind, body, soul, and spirit. I have a great deal of somatic mentoring and training in the Hakomi tradition, which is an experiential and mindfulness-based, somatic approach to therapy. I'm adept at working on many levels, especially helping clients to resolve core wounds, and to build up a true sense of self-esteem (where the soul is back in charge!). I love helping souls reconnect to their amazing gifts, and step into their innate ability to manifest the life they envision. I've also done advanced intuitive training , and am a Reiki practitioner. I love to do touch therapy work, in which I blend together soul retrieval, past-life regression, intuitive reading, somatic body work, and energy medicine all into one. My main passions have a focus on spiritual awakening, meditation, and other ascension practices (including qi-gong, yoga, shamanic approaches, and energy work). My current personal projects center around spiritual growth, learning sacred manifestation, and helping you liberate yourself and align with your soul's purpose. In this approach we also integrate the use of safe and ethical touch for creating new relational experiences to address attachment wounding. I also currently serve as the board President for Axis Mundi Center for Mental Health, which is continuing its development of providing an innovative model of internship for both pre-licensed and licensed mental health professionals and healers.
