About My Clients

I help people who are stuck and reconstructing. My clients value the reflection of the following identities: Queer/LGBTQ+; Spirituality (deconstructing, wondering, ex-religious); Neurodivergent (ADHD, Actually Autistic). They are working through some of these issues: Attachment, Family of Origin, Anxiety, Trauma, Confusion

My Background and Approach

I help people who want zestful, grounded lives, but keep getting stuck in old ways of being. Or, those who do know who they are, but struggle to find a way to live that out in a world that wasn’t made for them. I use a relational approach grounded in psychoanalytic and existential theories and a neurodiversity affirming experience of the world.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that therapy is a place of radical permission to be all that you are, all that you have been, all that you could be … even when none of that feels okay. In my relationship with clients, I values genuineness, warmth, and humor. I'm not afraid to laugh at myself and be myself with clients, as I believe therapy is about two very real people coming together. That people find healing and relief through connection with one another. I am motivated to be with clients in their discomfort and pain. While I cannot take it away, I believe that it will become more tolerable together.
