About My Clients
I work with children, families, individuals, and couples to help navigate life’s complexities—whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment styles, identity exploration, or life transitions. I believe that every person’s journey is unique, and I approach each one with deep respect, empathy, and authenticity.
My Background and Approach
I have a decade of experience with eating disorders and also work closely with the LGBTQIA+ community, guiding individuals through the intricacies of gender identity and expression. My approach is integrative, blending somatic practices, mindfulness, and behavioral strategies with a humanistic, compassionate perspective. I’m committed to creating a space where families, children, adults, and couples can feel seen and understood, free from judgment. Together, we can explore emotions, release shame, and create more fulfilling, authentic lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe true healing happens when we challenge both societal and personal narratives. I’m passionate about creating a space where clients feel heard, validated, and supported in their unique experiences. My work is deeply rooted in empathy, self-compassion, and a commitment to social justice. I actively support the LGBTQIA+ community and strive to provide affirming care for queer and trans individuals. I also advocate for greater awareness of eating disorders, particularly among those who don’t fit the narrow stereotypes often portrayed. My approach is centered on meeting each person where they are, honoring their lived experiences, and helping them cultivate a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Healing is not a linear journey, if you’re ready to explore and grow, I’d love to work with you.
