I work with individuals, couples and groups, helping them understand their past and thrive in the present. I utilize approaches that help create a clear story of your life so far, provide concrete tools to navigate issues in the present, and help envision the future you want to create. I specialize in trauma, attachment based relationship concerns, couples, and LGBTQ+ hardships. The clients I work with are often hoping to change their relationship patterns and heal from relationship/family trauma.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My goal is to create a therapy space where you feel supported and guided, and that I'm not just another person to talk to. I deeply care about my clients and utilize empathy and compassion as well as a strong foundational knowledge of how to support your growth. My commitment is to value and advocate for each person I have the privilege of working with regardless of race, religion, relationship structure, sexual orientation, and gender expression.
