I love working with healers, therapists, students, artists, LGBTQ+ folks, people of multi-cultural experience, HSP's/empaths, witches, spiritual seekers, pregnant people, parents, birth workers, educators, facilitators, people working on transformative social change, people going through life transitions, people experiencing grief, and people ready to step into their healing journey.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and hold an MA in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Expressive Arts Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). I believe that the soul has an innate drive toward healing. We each have the capacity to heal ourselves if we can slow down enough to notice what is asking for our attention. I approach therapy as a weekly collaborative ritual in which clients can become more skilled at listening and giving voice to their inner knowing. Together we work as a team to shed light on the subconscious and uncover the intuitive wisdom that already lies within you. I provide virtual therapy to clients living in California. I currently live in Northampton, MA.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a queer jewish therapist, parent, doula, and healer. I believe in doing this work as my honest, authentic self, in service of my clients' healing and wellbeing. I do my personal work so that I am able to show up to each session with groundedness, humility, and an open mind to each person's unique lived experience and beliefs. I am dedicated to the building of a world built on justice and love and I place shared humanity at the forefront of all interactions. I am a parent to a toddler and a trained doula and I am passionate about supporting people of all genders on the parenthood journey, who are all too often isolated and systemically under-supported in the US. I have a spiritual practice and love incorporating ritual, tarot, prayer, and other intuitive practices into session if clients are interested.
