I am passionate about guiding couples towards deeper connections and individuals towards healthier relationships. With over a decade of experience, my goal is to help you communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and foster intimacy within your partnerships.
My Background and Approach
I use a collaborative approach along with aspects of Relational Life Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Attachment Therapy, and Mindfulness. I believe change is possible when we lean into discomfort and realize we don’t have to do it alone. My mission as a therapist is to provide a safe, compassionate, and understanding space for my clients to heal and grow. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that a caring and nonjudgmental environment is the best space to grow and heal from trauma. I believe there is a path for everyone to heal their inner child and heal from trauma no matter their age or background. I believe in cultural humility and the importance of taking in an individual's cultural experience when working with them in therapy. You are the expert on your own life, I am here to help you realize that you already have everything you need to be successful!
