About My Clients

I have worked with a wide range of clients including artists, musicians & creatives, folks in the tech and business industries, & those in professional care-giving roles, including therapists in training. I have a great deal of experience & interest in working with the children and partners of those who exhibit traits of narcissism & borderline personality disorder. I am queer-identified & affirmative, sex-positive, poly & kink-friendly. I work with adults, adolescents, couples & families.

My Background and Approach

Psychotherapy has the greatest impact when it is collaborative and interactive. I provide a safe, supportive, empowering space where, together, we can explore and untangle those elements of life that challenge you. Learning how to manage stressors, break old patterns, set healthy boundaries, and weather the upsets of life through self-care, mindfulness, co-regulation, and self-compassion, will be some of the main goals of our work together. Therapy is about identifying your strengths and learning how to integrate your experiences - especially the traumatic ones - in service of building a fuller, more confident, and most authentic sense of self. My training includes Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, the somatic-based Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM), Attachment-Focused EMDR, and Emotionally-Focused (EFT) couples therapy. I completed my training at a community clinic that prioritizes social justice, equality & intersectionality, where I now continue on as a clinical supervisor.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Much (if not all) of what traumatizes us is related to other humans. Therefore, the interpersonal connection with one's (presumably, human) therapist is essential to healing! As I mentioned above, I am very passionate about incorporating somatic work (integrating the mind and body/nervous system) into the therapeutic process. We can get so disconnected from out body when we're activated but the body gives us SO much information about what is happening for us in any given moment. I find that somatic work deepens one's ability to process experiences & provides an ever-present tool for self-care & stress management. As well, I supervise a wonderful team of pre-licensed therapists who bring warmth and broad experience to our practice.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
