About My Clients

My clients are high-achieving women who strive to balance demanding careers with personal fulfillment and self-care. Many come to me feeling overwhelmed and burnt out. I also work with their families and partners, helping them navigate dynamics, improve communication, and foster harmony. Whether they’re in LGBTQ+ partnerships, poly/open relationships, or more traditional dynamics, my clients value growth, authenticity, and creating deeper, more meaningful connections.

My Background and Approach

With a rich background in theater and music education, my true passion has always been helping people. I specialize in working with high-achieving women who often face burnout and exhaustion, leaving them feeling depleted in their careers, relationships, and personal lives. Women today face unique challenges in a society that doesn’t fully support their potential to thrive, and I’m here to change that. My warm, non-judgmental approach is rooted in collaborative, psychodynamic, and attachment-based methods, enriched by a feminist and social justice lens. Drawing on my creative background, I inspire clients to rediscover joy, connection, and balance in their lives, empowering them to lead with confidence and authenticity.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I'm passionate about helping high-achieving women, including those in marginalized communities, reclaim their energy, joy, and authenticity. I guide clients to break free from societal expectations and the unfair pressures they face, especially around perfectionism, career, and relationships. Through self-care, play, and pleasure, I help them rediscover their true essence and create lives aligned with their values. My work also supports their partners and families in navigating dynamics, improving communication, and fostering harmony. Inspired by my close friends who are gay and BIPOC, I’m committed to championing diversity, equity, and inclusion, particularly in LGBTQIA+ communities. My approach blends warmth, humor, and a feminist lens with collaborative, psychodynamic, and attachment-based methods. Drawing from my own experiences as a creative professional and woman navigating societal pressures, I help clients embrace their full potential with confidence, freedom, and joy.
