About My Clients
We strive to help our clients with every day struggles as well as past experiences. Through discussion with our therapists, our clients will learn new ways of coping with life struggles and learn to respond differently to situations than they have in the past and may happen in the future. We work collaboratively with our clients to focus on presenting issues that the client needs immediate help with while offering an opportunity to dive deeper when necessary.
My Background and Approach
Real people helping real people with real problems. We want our clients to understand that while we have the education and tools to help them, what makes us unique is our ability to be vulnerable with clients. We work to build trust and understanding of each individual that comes to work with us. We utilize a variety of different modalities, whether it be CBT, DBT, ACT, etc. we will create a treatment plan that works for the client.
