I have experience and training in working with your trauma and the consequences that trauma has on your happiness and life experiences. If you have experienced domestic violence or abuse, I am here to help you heal. If you are subjected to discrimination and intolerance, I am here to help you cope and respond.

My approach is to make sure you get the most out of therapy by listening, validating your experiences, and reflecting with you on what best meets your needs. I focus on your strengths as well as the thoughts and feelings that hinder your positive self-concept. I desire to build your confidence and happiness so that you are able to be resilient when facing the difficulties that life can throw your way. I am here to help you heal from whatever holds you back. My goal as a therapist has always been to put in the time and energy to help any and all people that are willing to show up and get support for themselves. As a result, I have significant experience helping all kinds of people with all kinds of problems. I am proud to say that I care for my community.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Life can be hard at times, and we all need some support to get us through those tough situations that hold us back. I am committed to helping those people that suffer with depression, anxiety, trauma, panic, as well as the social and environmental stressors that take away happiness. Let's work together to get to your place of healing! I started my own business so that I could serve my community in an integrative way. I believe that we all get the most out of life when we are operating from our strengths and giving back in a meaningful way. My practice is being built on the ideal that we all matter and deserve support.
