Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Santa Cruz, CA

About My Clients

My client are often children, adolescents, adults and families with neurodivergence, or childhood trauma. Often my clients are people that have tried therapy that didn't affirm who they are or what they want in life.

My Background and Approach

Supporting people in their relationships to others and themselves is the foundation of therapy. To do this, I use a number of therapeutic approaches like Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic processing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy like ACT, and ICBT. I always take a neuroaffirming approach to de-stigmatize mental health conditions and unpack how stigma has impacted how we see and know ourselves. I have lived experience of being neurodivergent, and have undergone specialized training to support autistic and ADHD individuals. I also have extensive training to treat OCD and tics/Tourette using a variety of CBT approaches. I have formal and extensive training in evidence based trauma interventions like IFS and EMDR.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone deserves love and support to be exactly as they are or grow to become who they want to be.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
