About My Clients
I love accompanying clients (individuals, coulples, families) on their body liberation journey through a HAES and anti-oppression framework. As a queer, cis-gender, white therapist, I am passionate about working with clients as they begin to embrace and love their many intersecting identities. If you’re looking for a nurturing therapist who is genuine, wants the best for your unique life, and will challenge you for deeper healing, then I might be a good fit! Feel Free to reach out!
My Background and Approach
I graduated from Seattle University's Couple's and family therapy program. I currently accompany clients in healing their relationship with food and body. I incorporate elements of mindfulness and self-compassion, as well as other spiritual practice (at the client's request). I am an integrative therapist, often combining elements of modalities like narrative, solutions focused, somatic, emotions focused, mindfulness based stress reduction, family systems and more. I work from a Health at Every size, non-diet, anti-oppression lens. I love to accompany clients as they learn to trust themselves and their bodies, and heal in deeper ways then they thought possible.
