My Background and Approach
In therapy, I focus on the natural dualities in life: work vs. leisure, socializing vs. solitude, happiness vs. sadness, etc. We generally navigate these seamlessly, often without conscious reflection. But sometimes, we get fixated, like believing chronic sadness will never end. My goal is to help you process distressing circumstances and find balance emotionally, cognitively, and physically. By drawing on various evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral, gestalt, systems, and psychodynamic therapies, I work with individuals to restore balance and gracefully flow through the inherent dualities in life. My goal is to support you in finding harmony and inner resilience.
