If you've done lots of personal growth work, and you're looking for something different, I'd love to help. I work with outside-the-box individuals and couples to support you as you make shifts in your thinking.
My Background and Approach
Every session and every client is unique. I meet you where you are, always starting by creating a safe space where you know you can be yourself and feel heard and understood. My orientation is relational and strengths-based. I use many change techniques, which at times include Rapid Resolution Therapy and hypnotherapy. We can talk about what would work best for you.

It all comes down to our relationship with self and others. I believe it is always possible to grow and change.
