About My Clients
*** I am licensed in Arizona, Oregon, and Idaho.*** Conscious of the impact that harmful systems and environments have on all beings, my practice is trauma informed, antiracist, LGBTQIA2S+, CNM/Non-Monogamous, and neurodivergent informed. I have extensive experience working with the queer community, religious trauma, gender affirming care, and trauma recovery.
My Background and Approach
We're living through a difficult time period, which can compound upon pre-existing traumas, anxieties, stressors, and relational difficulties. I would love to join you alongside your journey to enhanced stability, improved quality of life/relationships, and mental health. I will explore with you your past and current experiences and feelings to get to the root of what is causing difficulty and assist in locating a path of healing and relief. I am mindful of how challenging it can be to open up and share your deepest feelings and vulnerabilities. I am here to meet you in a safe, compassionate, and protected space so that you can begin exploring and building towards the life you want to live. I have training in many modalities and because of that my practice is eclectic in nature. Each being is an individual, with individual experiences and I work to cultivate a mixture of modalities that will best serve your specific needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have been working to support folks as a Clinician for over 7 years. I have been a part of intercultural and queer community since my teens and am committed to our collective liberation. In my personal time I enjoy building community, creating music/art, and collaboratively finding ways to build a better world.
