My Background and Approach
I blend psychology with holistic healing to help clients navigate trauma, addiction recovery, and integration of transformative experiences. With a BFA in Modern Dance and an MA in Counseling Psychology, I bring a deep mind-body awareness to my work. My career spans private practice, clinical leadership, and program development, specializing in substance use, trauma-informed care, and post-NOSC coaching, education, and integration. Trained in EMDR, psychedelic-assisted therapies (CIIS, MAPS), ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, neurofeedback, and aromatic shamanism, I offer a science-backed, soulfully attuned approach. I have presented at conferences on psychedelics and teach courses on alchemy, aromatic shamanism, and integration coaching. As co-founder of the aWake Community, I help create spaces for deep communal and self-exploration. Rooted in depth psychology and animism, my approach honors each client’s unique path, supporting clarity, healing, and a more authentic life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in deep healing, personal and collective transformation, and reclaiming connection to self, community, and the natural world. As co-founder of the aWake Community, I support deconstructing harmful religious norms and creating safe spaces for spiritual exploration. My work is rooted in trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and psychedelic integration, blending psychology, animism, and alchemy. I advocate for holistic mental wellness, LGBTQ+ inclusivity, and ethical, intentional engagement with altered states.
