I am trained in and specialize in Nutritional Psychiatry and psychotherapy, proving you with a unique treatment including nutritional support, lifestyle, and traditional talk therapy. Throughout the therapeutic process, you will have an opportunity to access inner strengths, explore past experiences, confront fears, gain insight with a sense of mindfulness and curiosity. No matter where you are in your journey, whether it is to optimize emotional and/or physical wellbeing or maintain it, holistic integrative therapy can help. I am passionate about helping you achieve the most fulfilling, meaningful, and peaceful life possible. My goal is to provide you with practical personalized tools that can be easily incorporated and built upon to continue working towards your goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves and is able to lead a meaningful and peaceful life. Yet, at times we go through difficult bumps and tell ourselves stories that keep us stuck, rather than move us forward. I find that a combination of lifestyle changes, nutrition support, and talk therapy help be tremendously helpful to achieving your optimal wellness. I am committed to a lifestyle that I teach my clients which incorporates mindfulness, emotional health, whole food eating, and fulfilling activities.
