Trained in the PACT model of couples therapy, which draws upon insights from neuroscience and attachment theory, I help couples replace frustrating, repetitive patterns of conflict with mutual responsiveness and alleviation of distress. With Attachment-Focused EMDR, together we can heal the impact of critical or dismissive parenting, loss, and persistent conflict in existing relationships.
