About My Clients

Are you overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or past trauma? Do you identify as LGBTQ+, nonbinary, or part of an adoptive or foster family? I specialize in working with creative professionals, teens, adults, and couples navigating life's transitions. Using a strength-based, trauma-informed approach, I blend compassion with creativity to help you heal, embrace self-discovery, and build resilience. You’re not alone—let’s work together to turn challenges into opportunities for growth.

My Background and Approach

With a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and years of experience working with individuals, teens, and families, I bring both professional expertise and a deep understanding of the human experience to our sessions. My practice is rooted in trauma-focused, strength-based therapy, with a focus on supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, adoptive and foster families, and those in the creative and entertainment industries. Drawing from my background in live theatre, I bring creativity and collaboration into therapy, creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered. Whether you’re facing anxiety, identity challenges, or family struggles, I tailor our work to meet your unique needs and goals. My approach combines evidence-based techniques with compassionate care, helping you uncover your inner resilience and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll turn struggles into opportunities for growth and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a queer-identifying therapist and advocate for equity, I am passionate about creating inclusive, affirming spaces where everyone feels seen, valued, and empowered. My work centers on supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, foster and adoptive families, and those navigating identity and life transitions. I’m especially committed to gender diversity and serve as a resource for parents of nonbinary and transgender children. Volunteering with mental health organizations for underserved communities has further deepened my trauma-informed, strength-based approach. With a background in the arts and theatre, I understand the importance of creativity in healing and honor each client’s unique story. I value resilience, self-discovery, and community, and I believe therapy is a collaborative process where growth is always possible. Together, we’ll embrace your identity and create a life aligned with your goals, values, and authentic self.
