My Background and Approach
My specialties include Trauma/Abuse, PTSD, Women’s Issues, Anxiety, and Depression. I also have a dedicated focus on helping individuals heal from narcissistic abuse and navigate the complexities of relationships with narcissists. Reclaiming your sense of self and establishing healthy boundaries can be challenging, but you don’t have to navigate that journey alone. Rooted in a Trauma-Informed and Empowerment-Based approach, I am committed to creating a compassionate, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel safe to explore your feelings, confront challenges, and take the necessary steps toward healing. My goal is not only to help you process past experiences but to empower you to rediscover your inner strength, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and cultivate the resilience needed to thrive.
