Trained in wholistic therapies and strategies including Reiki, Pranic and other Energetic Healing therapies, I have traveled to various parts of the world to observe and learn holistic practices that helps us to release, be lighter and heal into the being we are meant to be.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, we are trained in the whole system of the family and dynamics that come with it. Romantic, Platonic or Familial relationships all have unique dynamics that sum up to the type of relationship the individual has with themselves. Trained through a systemic lens and over 8 years of training with systems approaches, I help my clients identify means to cultivate healthy relationships not only with others, but with themselves.

With over 13 years in the therapy field and working with people with challenges of anxiety and depression, I have worked with clients from all walks of life and anxiety can be displayed in many forms and fashions. From feeling overwhelmed, to overthinking to angry outburst. Anxiety can look different in many people. But the commonality is that is it a feeling of losing control and no one likes to feel this way.

Licensed in Couples and Family Therapy, trained in Family Systemic therapy from Drexel University. Continued education since 2016 through AAMFT affiliates.
