About My Clients
I work with individuals that come from all walks of life. I believe in meeting people where they are at in a safe non-judgmental space. I work with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples.
My Background and Approach
I have a diverse background in mental health. I have been working in the mental health field since 2005. I have worked in case management, outpatient, residential, and in crisis intervention settings. I am certified in anger management and trauma. I am also CBT trained. I have experience in treating a variety of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, addiction, ODD, and other conditions. I also have extensive experience in religious trauma. I have attended trainings by the famous Stephen Hassan. I was also a presenter at the international ICSA conference during the summer of 2022.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. I believe that many people seek counseling because they do not have a strong natural support system. Some people just need someone to listen to them and to respect them for who they are. Additionally, I am the director and owner of Eagles Counseling, LLC. I currently do have limited availability to accept new clients. However, there are other providers within the same practice that are accepting new clients. Also, all phone calls and emails will automatically be forwarded to to our office assistant or one of our receptionists. They will assist you with getting in contact with me or one of our others providers. We also have a LCMH (low-cost mental health) counseling program for individuals that are low-income or they cannot find a provider that accepts their insurance (Medicare/Medicaid). We offer counseling fees based upon ability to pay. We are not in-network with Medicare or Medicaid.
