I provide clinical supervision, consultation, and group facilitation to other mental health providers. I also provide psychotherapy to other therapist's working in the field, who themselves have relationships in the world and communities they are a part of. I've been connected with many forms of therapeutic care and have worn many different hats. I bring that knowledge and expertise with me to sessions, supervision, facilitation, and consultation.

My primary work in private practice thus far has been with polyamorous, non-monogamous, and kink & sex positive folks. Being a part of the community myself, I will oftentimes describe myself as a therapist for the community I am a part of. I have clinical expertise and lived experience that lend to treating themes, patterns, and dynamics that can exist within consensual non-monogamy and its communities.

S*** gets passed down. Time and time again. Generation to generation. My work with people includes how their personal world intersects with the global world; we amplify and interact with the systemic issues outside and within you. We consider and highlight the intersections of generational trauma and systemic trauma. We look at ancestry, which includes both our development within the family system and our development within national/global systems.

I am a registered dance/movement therapist (R-DMT). I studied under elite dance/movement therapists in the field and have cultivated my own relationship to my body, so that I can provide the same for others. Dance/Movement Therapy (D/MT) is a time where we get to be with our body with intention and authenticity. D/MT is a somatic therapy and can look and shape itself into many forms as each body has its own layout. Thus, D/MT sessions will not look the same for everyone.

As I've worn many hats, so have I been fortunate to experience many forms of therapy frameworks. I believe knowledge is to be shared, not owned. Integrative Therapy allows us to pull from the vast oceans of knowledge that each therapy framework stores. You will get a little of this and a little of that as we create the soup for your therapeutic hunger.

I worked for many years in an inpatient hospital setting serving primarily psychosis, schizophrenia, and substance abuse and misuse (MISA - mental illness and substance abuse). Harm Reduction Therapy proved one of the most beneficial treatments for substance use. We know that human beings seek altered states of consciousness. Harm Reduction Therapy can create space for people to learn and put into practice how to reduce harm that may come from their decisions when using.
