About My Clients
I see a wide range of clients including veterans, first responders, LGBTQIA2, and youth. I enjoy family and couples work as well as individuals. Our practice is different because we incorporate horses and nature into psychotherapy.
My Background and Approach
I have been trained in many different types of psychotherapy and my approach is often an eclectic mix of tools that can aid my clients in finding themselves. I hope that after sessions my clients are able to be more connected to themselves and in turn more connected to others and the world around them. I have specific expertise in trauma and our office makes conscious strides to be trauma-informed and friendly to a diverse range of clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in finding connection through listening to people’s stories and learning about their diverse perspectives. I am always learning to be a better ally. I am neurodiverse and gender non-conforming.
