I'm also certified in Prepare/ENRICH which is a comprehensive premarital assessment that helps me to identify the strength and growth areas of premarital couples, and helps them to build an everlasting marriage. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I understand the complexities of these issues and am dedicated to guiding you toward healing and connection. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My passion for helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of communication issues, betrayal and intimacy shines through my work with affair and narcissistic abuse recovery, and enhancing relationship satisfaction. I often run workshops and support groups on betrayal trauma, narcissistic abuse and pathological love relationships. I believe that romantic relationships require a mutual effort on a daily basis, but there is a line between healthy compromise and sacrifice that needs to be visited. I'm trauma informed and my background in trauma helps me to recognize the importance of interpersonal relationships in your life. I believe that if you have people you trust, people you can talk to and people who can support you, you are less likely to be affected by the aftermath of a traumatic or highly stressful life event.
