My Background and Approach
In my therapy space, you are safe to be your authentic, "real" self without judgment. Everyone carries things that they aren't proud of, and we can work through any feelings of guilt and shame together. I believe you already have the wisdom and strength within to know the path forward, we just need to access it. I will share my therapy tools with you so you can navigate through challenging emotions and experiences using your inner strength and wisdom. In my toolbox are techniques I have picked up during my holistic psychology education and personal spiritual journey. These include mindfulness and somatic practices, tools for highly sensitive people and empaths, clearing and balancing your energy, and growing understanding of yourself and relationships through astrology.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Along the way, we have experiences that shape us and teach us lessons about how to be in relationships that might actually be harming us. That includes the relationship we have with ourselves. During childhood I was diagnosed with chronic illness and faced a major identity conflict. For years, I felt insecure showing my true self and feared judgment from others. Now, I use my experiences with chronic illness and relationship trauma to support folks to deepen the relationship they have with themselves, their body, and with loved ones.
