My Background and Approach
The tools that I provide you with will help you get your life back and manage your anxiety, depression, addiction, etc. We will work collaboratively together to address what is bothering you. For the past 17 years, I have been providing cognitive behavioral therapy for individuals and families. I work with individuals and families who are experiencing unhelpful irrational negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and help them to gain the skills needed so they can experience more helpful rational and positive ways of thinking, feeling, behaving, and relating. You'll learn to self regulate and live a more balanced and happy life.
