With many years in the healthcare setting, supporting those struggling with health challenges, loss, and grief has been the cornerstone of my work. I am uniquely suited to help those experiencing grief. Whether it is associated with the loss of a loved one, life transition, relationship change, or myriad of other causes I would be honored to support you on your journey toward emotional healing.

Relationships with others, especially intimate ones, teach us so much about ourselves. I use the Gottman method for helping couples from premarital counseling to navigating struggles, including infidelity, trauma, or divorce. If we do not shift our approach in relationships, we tend to repeat similar patterns in future relationships. In therapy we work toward healing, and learn new ways of being part of relationships, to improve every aspect of life.

I use Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Part & Memory Therapy (P & M) to help clients heal from anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and certain physical ailments. Using techniques in Parts and Memory Therapy we can process & neutralize memories to reset the emotional learning associated with painful early experiences and eliminate problematic emotional or behavioral reactions.

I am a certified integrative mental health professional (CIMHP). What does that mean? I believe food is medicine. Being certified in integrative mental health means I empower clients to take control of their overall health mind, body, and spirit. I collaborate & consult with integrative doctors. I also use conventional treatments, as well as holistic practices in conjunction with evidenced-based complementary therapies while promoting lifestyle changes to help the clients reach optimal health.
