I have had a clinical interest in ADHD for about 10 years, particularly focused in how it presents in adulthood. I typically utilize CBT and DBT exercises.

I have worked with people with Bipolar Disorders for 3 years and believe a collaborative approach towards a treatment plan works best.

In my 3 years of working with clients with psychosis and schizophrenia disorders, utilizing grounding techniques, mindfulness exercises, and identifying triggers have been my biggest tools.

I believe our thinking patterns are a foundational part of the experiences we have; by utilizing CBT to change thinking patterns, many struggles can be alleviated.

Culture plays a large role in how we express ourselves, how we are viewed by others, and how we experience our every day life.

Treatment is not a one-size-fits all approach, so by using an eclectic approach and utilizing the most fitting tools from other modalities, an appropriate treatment plan can be established.
