If you are facing stress, burn-out, anxiety, or depression, I am here to help. I work with both teens and adults and offer compassionate support tailored for individuals, couples, and families. These include those exploring gender identity or questioning sexual orientation. I also assist neurodivergent clients in managing emotional struggles and help couples and families improve communication and resolve conflicts.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience in both clinical and educational settings, my specialty lies in delivering empathetic, culturally sensitive therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of teens, adults and families. I use different therapeutic approaches including CBT, DBT, humanistic, attachment based and family therapy. I also like to add play therapy and art therapy when needed.

I believe that every individual has the strength to overcome adversity. My role is to guide my clients with empathy, respect and unwavering support. My mission is to empower them to build resilience and achieve their personal goals, no matter how insurmountable their challenges may seem through genuine human connection formed between us.
