I have worked exclusively with Trauma conditions for 8 years! I started my own private practice to focus on treating these conditions because I realized that most folks that use Substances have a history of trauma. I call myself an EMDR and DBT nerd!

I have worked with folks with Dissociative Systems for 8 years! Once I learned EMDR and noticed most folks experienced some sort of dissociation, I knew I had to learn more. Dissociation is NOT the problem. I specialize in working with Military/First Responders, Queer/LGBTQIA+ and Neurodivergent communities experiencing dissociation or with a dissociative system. I do not push my clients toward integration. You are the leader of your system, I just help guide you to healing!

I am an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Consultant and Trainer. This means I am Certified to provide EMDR and I train and teach others how to use EMDR. I'm not kidding, I live and breathe this stuff! :)

I have provided Comprehensive DBT since 2019 when I joined a team. I have completed several advanced trainings on DBT. I have run several DBT groups and tons of individual sessions. I find DBT so useful, I use it with all my trauma clients regardless of diagnosis. I can often be found holding up my DBT skills book proudly! :)

This the easiest way to explain that I have Advanced Training in treating Dissociation. I have completed several Advanced Trainings on Structural Dissociation, IFS, Ego state work, and from those with lived experience of Dissociation and DID. What makes me unique is that I provide Affirming Care for Dissociative Systems. You pick your own language and I will use the techniques that work for you. I am not the Host here! Clients know themselves the best and trust is earned!
