Whether rediscovering therapy, or considering it for the first time, having the courage to make a change in your life can feel a little scary. I welcome the opportunity to explore where you are. I offer a safe and supportive space to build a trusting, collaborative relationship that promotes self-exploration, development, and acceptance. I work with teens, adults, families, and couples on a wide range of issues such as self-esteem, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationship concerns.

My approach is culturally-attuned, person-centered, and attachment focused, while incorporating evidence-based modalities such as CBT and mindfulness. With warmth, authenticity, and humor at times, we will work together to find what works for you.
