About My Clients
My clients are typically in their 20s and 30s, trying to navigate life to the best of their ability. My individual clients are often dealing with anxiety, depression, modern app dating, romantic & friendship breakups, corporate burnout, trying to find their self-compassion, and making big decisions such as whether or not to have kids. My couples are exploring non-monogamy and poly relationships, learning skill-building, future planning, and often dealing with infidelity/betrayal.
My Background and Approach
My goal is never to give advice, but to guide you with the right questions and reflection so that you feel confident and empowered owning your own choices. I am passionate about working with a wide variety of people, regardless of culture, gender, religion, life circumstance, or sexual orientation 🏳️🌈. My therapy and counseling practice is intentional, rooted in holistic empowerment, empathetic healing and self-awareness, and I strive to brings compassion, warmth, and humor into my sessions. I am a human first and a therapist second 😃 Fun fact: prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I enjoyed a 13 year corporate career in global marketing and International business, leading successful and highly visible go-to-market product launches for companies like Snapchat 👻 and Disney. My approach uses elements of Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strategic Therapy.
