I have a particular expertise in working with individuals within the LGBTQIA2S+ community, embracing all sexual orientations, gender identities & relationship dynamics, including those who engage in kink and alternative lifestyles. My Background and Approach

As an LMHCA with over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health, I bring a diverse range of therapeutic approaches and techniques to my practice. Acknowledging each client's uniqueness, I personalize my therapeutic approach. Integrating psychodynamic and narrative therapy with mindfulness based methods to provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to mental health and well-being. I also utilize non-traditional modalities such as tabletop roleplaying and tarot. And while I do not administer ketamine or cannabis therapy, please note that I do offer integration services for those modalities.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a proud member of the fat, queer, polyamorous, and neurodiverse communities, I understand the importance of representation and acceptance. My mission is to create a safe and affirming space for individuals of every size, sexual orientation, relationship style, and neurodivergent identity. I believe unequivocally Black lives matter, trans rights are human rights, and racism is not a matter of opinion, but a pervasive injustice that must be confronted. I am pro-choice and affirm the autonomy of individuals to make decisions about their own bodies. I recognize and acknowledge the privileges that come with being a heteronormative-presenting cis white woman in our society. It's important for me to be mindful of how my identity influences my perspective and interactions, both professionally and personally. I am committed to using my privilege to advocate for equity and justice, to amplify marginalized voices, and to create an inclusive affirming space for all individuals.
