Maybe you noticed -- Nobody handed you a how-to manual how to do this thing called life? My approach to supporting others is to help bring your sacred individuality into view so we can both see the ways life sent you prepared to be happy and to make a difference. Then, usually in informal ways, we work to customize your how to live manual to build on these strengths.
My Background and Approach
Let's identify your strengths (maybe values clarification, life review, feminist or LGBTQ+ developmental models), and then overcome any roadblocks (maybe with Cognitive or Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Awakening Hope, or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) that we discover along the way to your goals. Particular support around living with health challenges and with aging issues.
