I help individuals navigate relationship challenges by exploring attachment patterns, communication styles, and emotional needs. With a background in adoption and trauma work, I bring a deep understanding of connection, trust, and healing. I have extensive experience working with survivors of intimate partner violence. I enjoy helping people heal past attachment wounds and build healthier relationships by strengthening boundaries and communication skills with their partners or children.

I take a compassionate, holistic approach to treating depression, incorporating evidence-based and trauma-informed techniques to address negative thought patterns, emotional wounds, and nervous system regulation. Many of the people I work with are high achievers and professionals who, despite their success, feel stuck or hopeless. Whether depression stems from past trauma, life stressors, or internal struggles, I help clients rediscover hope, motivation, and self-compassion.

I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety by addressing thought patterns, emotional triggers, and underlying fears. Sometimes, the root causes of anxiety stem from unhealed childhood wounds or contributing lifestyle factors. Through mindfulness-based and cognitive approaches, I help individuals develop tools for lasting relief. My goal is to empower clients to feel more in control, calm, and confident in daily life.

I have completed training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a powerful approach that helps clients explore different parts of themselves, heal attachment wounds, and foster self-compassion. IFS allows individuals to understand and unburden emotions that may be keeping them stuck.

I am trained in EMDR and in integrating EMDR + IFS, which helps clients process trauma, reduce distress from past experiences, and rewire negative beliefs. EMDR allows the brain to reprocess difficult memories, promoting emotional healing and relief from symptoms of anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

I have extensive experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including leading a group program focused on changing behavior through choice. CBT helps clients recognize and reframe negative thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
