About My Clients
I work with clients who exhibit a range of needs. Whether you are struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief and loss, ADHD, OCD, substance use or another "disorder" that is causing you distress, we can work together to help ease your symptoms. I have worked closely with the perinatal community and have extensive knowledge of the postpartum experience.
My Background and Approach
I am particularly interested in the mind/body connection. In my work with clients, I help them gain greater access to their personal healing experience through the modality of their own bodies. Each of us is our own universe of values, ideas and emotions. Holistic healing begins with self-awareness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
You hold the keys to your own healing. I am simply a guide in the process. As you begin to extract your own values, meanings and beliefs from that which has been imposed upon you by society, culture, family...you will begin to feel free and empowered to move through life with more ease and newfound awareness.
