My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I view life as a journey, and while at times we all get caught up in the storms of uncertainty, disappointment, hopelessness that cause us great pain there are opportunities for change. People are often in need of help because they want a place that provides safety, security, and hope. I help explore new options to resolve problems. I make every effort to provide my patients with a safe place to talk about their problems, hopes, and dreams, while striving to be a light for them when they are in the darkness of despair.
I believe therapy is designed to accomplish the goals that we jointly develop for you. The time it takes to reach your goals will vary based on your individual needs and circumstances. Whether you are seeking individual therapy, marital therapy, or family therapy I encourage you to start your adventure with me.
