What is your story? Do you like it? How has your story developed or not? What characters support and inspire you? Who are the characters that are holding you back? What are the elements that work? What are those that do not? When did the plot inspire you? When did it go stale? Where do you find support? Where do you find discouragement? Why consider an edit? Why are you reluctant? These questions inform your living autobiography which can be a tremendous source of personal empowerment. At The Center for Authentic Healing and Counseling, we specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an interactive modality for replacing self-defining themes that don’t work with those that promote growth and strength.
