My Background and Approach
Dr. Black has degrees in psychology and counseling from WSU, with expertise in gambling addiction, sexual addiction and sexual abuse, relational problems due to substance addiction, marital conflicts / communication, boundaries, stress, anxiety, burnout, anger management, and depression. Dr. Black serves as expert talent on AACC video-based training projects: Race and Reconciliation, Grief and Loss, and Domestic Violence. She is also known through DivorceCare, GriefShare and Single Parenting program. Dr. Black is founder of Global Projects for Hope, Help and Healing a non-profit 501c3 Missions Agency serving 5 of the 7 continents. Sabrina is a global humanitarian and a modern-day abolitionist fighting Human Trafficking. She has worked three decades around the world touching and transforming lives. She is the recipient of the Community Icon Award, Who’s Who in Detroit, 100 Top Educators, Spirit of Detroit Award and Kingdom Dreamer Award for Global Impact. Author of 10+ books.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that nothing is too hard, all things are possible, and you have a choice! A national and international speaker for conferences, retreats and workshops, Sabrina’s dynamic message of life’s struggles, temptations and triumphs, challenges others to deal with the real issues of Christian living. She is passionate about glorifying God, amplifying His Word, and edifying His people. Sabrina is an advocate for the lost, and a living testimony for those who desire to achieve an abundant life and fulfill their Kingdom destiny. She calls forth greatness in others.
